Last Friday, I attended BravoBravo! one of the biggest and hottest parties in Detroit, which was organized by the young professionals’ arm of the Michigan Opera Theatre’s Volunteer Association to benefit MOT.  Its celebration of the arts sold out again.

Approximately 40 of the trendiest restaurants and bars in Detroit participated along with the biggest DJs in town.

One of the highlights in this year’s event offered a new fashionable twist to promote Detroit local designers like William Malcolm, Mark England, Sarah Lipinski, Joe Faris, as well as international designers with Detroit roots: Anna Sui and Tracy Reese. With a new fashion theme, guests experienced the fashion capitals of New York, Miami, Paris, Milan, London, Tokyo and Detroit as performers and models accompanied each theme.
